The Mission

We are a Series A HealthTech startup building the "operating system" for hospital equipment logistics. We digitise chaotic workflows, from medical equipment tracking to supplier coordination, so clinicians can focus on patients instead of broken lightbulbs or missing kit.

The Role: Series A with Seed Energy

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (~10 years experience) who thrives in the "search" phase of a startup. While we are Series A funded, we maintain a high-agency, pre-PMF mindset. We are rapidly discovering new markets and products, and we need someone who prioritises shipping and product outcomes over technical dogma.

You will join a high-performing, flexible team, reporting directly to the CTO. This is a pure IC role: no management overhead, just high-impact engineering.

What you’ll do

• Ship Core Product: Build the engine that supports configurable B2B workflows, simple UX for time-poor clinical staff, and integrations that solve real-world hospital problems.

• AI-Native Development: We expect you to use tools like Copilot to move at 10x speed. You will also help us build LLM-backed features directly into the MediShout platform.

• Discovery & Iteration: Work closely with Product and Design to prototype new ideas in days. You are comfortable backtracking if a hypothesis is proven wrong.

• Technical Quality: Help move our complex product configuration into the core codebase and drive our transition toward 100% automated testing.

Your Profile

• Stack: Mastery of Python (Django) and TypeScript (React). Experience with Dart/Flutter is a significant bonus.

• Mindset: You are proactive, product-focused, and comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-moving startup.

• Experience: ~10 years in software engineering, ideally with B2B SaaS or complex workflow systems.

• Location: Hybrid. Based in the UK and able to regularly join the leadership team in London.
